NURSERY SESSIONS ONLY
UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF NEW STARTERS WE HAVE AT OUR SESSIONS ON THURSDAY EVENINGS AND SATURDAY MORNINGS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY NEW ATTENDEES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. THIS IS TO ENSURE WE HAVE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF CHILDREN TO TRAINERS AND ENSURE THAT ALL ATTENDEES ARE GIVEN THE FULL ATTENTION REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.

Finchley and District ABC provides coaching by fully-qualified coaches as well as fitness and weight training. No club member is forced to box competitively in fact relatively few do but for those who want to and are good enough, there are ample opportunities including entry into national championships.

Amateur or Olympic-Style boxing is a healthy, well-regulated sport operating under tight medical supervision. The sport has an excellent safety record and your safety is paramount to us at the Finchley and District ABC.

To join you can either call the gym on the number below just before the beginning or at the end of a training session or just turn up on a training night and ask for Jim or John Oliver. They will ask about yourself ie if you have any boxing experience or are totally new to it. Our club is open to total beginners. Just bring along some comfortable training clothes - these can be shorts and teeshirt or tracksuit bottoms and trainers, as long as you are comfortable doing exercise in them then they are fine.
